For more than 170 years, Northern Children’s Services has helped Philadelphia’s children and families build brighter futures.

Each day, we support children, youth, and young adults—from birth through age 24—through foster care, adoptions, mother-baby and older youth residential and transitional programs, violence and substance-use prevention, career readiness, and more. But recent and potential cuts to Medicaid threaten these programs and our ability to keep them running.
